We're excited to bring Common Craft Kits from our studio to your doorstep. Each kit is carefully prepared and packaged so you can enjoy a wonderful creative experience from the moment you open your box.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States.

International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Processing

Our craft kits are prepared and packaged with care.

In-stock orders typically ship within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During new collection launches, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing may take a little longer. We'll keep you informed if your order experiences an unexpected delay.

Shipping Times

Once your order ships, estimated delivery is generally 3–7 business days within the continental United States.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier, weather, and other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Any available shipping promotions will be displayed during checkout.

Quarterly Craft Collections

Our quarterly Common Craft Kit collections include three creative projects packaged and shipped together in one delivery.

If you purchase a quarterly collection before its scheduled release, the expected shipping timeframe will be displayed on the product page.

Quarterly collections are one-time purchases unless explicitly identified as subscriptions.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help before your order ships.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package needs to be reshipped because of an incorrect address.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us with your order number.

We'll help investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and work toward a resolution.

Refund & Return Policy

Common Craft Collective

At Common Craft Collective, we want every creative experience to be a happy one! Each Common Craft Kit is thoughtfully assembled with care, and we hope you love everything inside.

We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and we're here to help.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns of unused, unopened craft kits within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your kit must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• All materials and components must be included.

• You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions for sending it back.

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Missing Items

We carefully pack every kit, but occasionally something may arrive damaged or be missing.

If there's a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and a photo, if applicable.

We'll work with you to arrange a replacement component, replacement kit, or refund, depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of craft kits that have been opened or used due to a change of mind.

However, if your kit arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us so we can make things right.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we'll notify you of the refund decision.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after processing for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We can cancel and refund an order that has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
